Are your items authentic?

Yes! Everything sold is 100% authentic and would not be sold otherwise. Every item has been meticulously checked against the standards for the brand at the time (vintage items will often have different tags or labels correspondent to the decades) and it there is any doubts then a bag is sent of to an external authenticator for a second opinion and will have their authentication certificate attached with their sale. All items that should have serial numbers will have the numbers provided for the buyer's discretion.

I personally have 4 years experience in the designer sphere, I come from a family which has both worked in luxury good stores and owned outlets which stocked luxury items so I am thoroughly educated in how to authenticate vintage designer. Please don't purchase from this store if this does not satisfy you as there is a no returns policy.

Where do you get your items from?

All our items are individually sourced both from Britain and internationally so that you can be provided with the rarest and most precious vintage pieces at a competitive price. These item are however preloved and so may perhaps show wear but this will be stated.

Do items come with dustbags, authenticity cards or papers?

Due to the nature of vintage items the condition is variable, the description and images will state any wears on the item. Some items may come with it's original packaging (be it dustbags, authenticity cards, receipts or tags) however please thoroughly read the description to see what the item comes with.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

All sales are final and so therefore returns and exchanges are to accepted however if something isn't to your standard don't hesitate to message and I will rectify the situation as quickly as I can to the best of my ability.

When will I receive my item?

All items are shipped the next working day and tracking numbers will be sent to the email addresses or phone numbers provided by 9 pm on the shipment date.

UK Mainland Shipping: All UK orders are sent by Royal Mail and are tracked and insured. Delivery should take between 1-2 working days to arrive.

International shipping: EU orders are aimed to be delivered in 3-5 working days after shipment but should allow up to 10 working days to receive item. Orders from the Rest of the World are aimed to be delivered in 7 working days but should allow up to 21 working days to receive item depending on the countries local shipping partner.
